"As parents of a child with disabilities, my wife & I are very pleased to have our child participating in Reining Strength's Therapeutic Horsemanship program. Our daughter is benefiting in many ways. Participating in the program has improved her self-confidence as well as her self-esteem. She is a happier person, having gained a meaningful sense of identity by working with the horses, staff and volunteers at Reining Strength. Beyond having improved her ability to stay focused on the task at hand, she is also learning the importance of cooperation while developing a greater capacity to handle responsibility. Our daughter is also becoming more poised and physically fit as a result of horseback riding. My wife and I are very pleased with her progress..."
